#MotivationMonday Life is what you make it, the time will pass anyway so why not make the best of it? Since 2014 my weight has been very up and down. It didn’t take me 5 years to get to where I am that’s for sure but it did take some time and patience. There really is no amount of time it took or that I can tell you it will take to transform your mind and body. I also don’t think there should be a time limit on things. Do it at your own pace and with the time you have available. It doesn’t matter if it takes you 3 months or 3 years because the journey is what makes the destination so amazing. I gained weight, I lost weight, I gained weight again and I lost weight again. But guess what? That’s life and even though that’s probably not the best way to go about things, it happened and I can’t go back but I can move forward and be the best possible version of myself for my future self. I want to have a healthy lifestyle and be consistent with my mindset. I don’t want to always worry about going up and down because to me that is not something I prefer or what i think is healthy. That’s why I don’t ever intentionally bulk it’s always an accident lol. Just live your life and be happy and confident. That’s my goal.
